Pilgrims Hospices supports people who are living with a terminal illness with specialist end-of-life care. We have three hospice buildings in Canterbury, Thanet and Ashford, a team of Community Nurses who support patients in their own homes, community clinics and a Hospice at Home Care Team who support patients at the very end of their life in their own homes.

We support the whole family to live well in every moment with support through our Counselling Team, Therapy Centres, Physio Team and many more who deliver round-the-clock care to over 4,100 people in east Kent, each year. As an independent charity, Pilgrims has to raise over £17.2 million, with only 20% of that coming from the government. This is why the support of the community is so important and why we are still here caring for those who need us, when they need us.

My role as Corporate and Trusts Partnership Manager is to support businesses with their fundraising activities and create purposeful partnerships, to raise vital funds but also to engage businesses with a local cause and need.
