Zoe has worked in social care since 1995, supporting people with learning disabilities, with a specialist commitment to working alongside autistic and neurodivergent individuals.
In 2017, she opened Lily’s with my family, driven by a passion for creating meaningful employment opportunities and building truly neuro-inclusive workplaces.
Her work focuses on empowering people to recognise their strengths, access opportunities, and thrive in environments where difference is valued and celebrated.
