Chris was appointed as Managing Director of the firm in October 2020 and in that role is responsible for managing the strategic and operational side of the practice working with the Board and the Central Services Managers.

He trained in Kent and then spent many years working in the City before joining Whitehead Monckton in 2004, becoming a Director when the firm incorporated to a Limited Company in April 2014.

Chris graduated from the University of Exeter with an LLB (European) and his third year was spent at the Université of Aix-Marseille where he was a awarded a diploma in French private law. He then stayed on at Exeter to complete the Legal Practice Course

Renowned for his “user-friendliness”, Chris works collaboratively with clients to help them navigate, risk assess and resolve their disputes, as stress free as possible. He  has an in-depth understanding of matters relating to property, particularly landlord and tenant, construction, and commercial and contract issues.

Antonio is a solicitor who has been advising clients on employment law matters for close to 20 years. 

He is Head of the Employment Team at Whitehead Monckton Limited and manages the team at Eclipse HR as well as acting as a key contact for many of the firms clients.

Antonio is well known for his responsiveness and helpful, pro-active approach to solving client issues and has particular expertise in working alongside clients in the Education Sector, and away from work he is a Trustee of a Multi-academy trust.

Over the course of his career Antonio has worked with many household names including major banks, retail businesses and manufacturers but particularly enjoys working with SMEs and start up companies providing them with strategic advice on employment and personnel matters.
